We leave Kiribati and embark on a three-day ocean crossing to the Marshall Islands .
We make a final trip to to the market to stock up on fresh fruit and veggies and spend a VERY hot day visiting Customs and Immigration to complete our clearing out of Kiribati.
We set sail northwards towards the Marshall Islands and even though its a short trip ,we still manage to encounter a couple of gnarly squalls along the way . Our wind instruments stop working and we are forced to sail up the ‘wrong’ side of Majuro due to strong winds…
However, a pod of dolphins welcomes us on our way into Majuro lagoon and it’s not long before we are tied to a mooring enjoying a cold beer…..
